POSSIBLE CAUSE(S)
1 . Loose parts
2 . Bent blade
1 . Debris interfering with blade
2 . Blade loose
1 . Engine idle speed too fast
2 . Clutch not functioning properly
Damaged or worn blade
Excessive edging speed/depth
Drive shaft can become separated
from attachment without harm
to product

SOLUTION(S)
1 . Tighten all fasteners
2 . Replace blade
1 . Remove debris from around blade
2 . Tighten blade nut
1 . Adjust engine speed to specifications
2 . Contact Service Dealer
Replace bladet
1 . Edge at a moderate pace
2 . Make multiple passes increasing the depth
slightly each pass
Reassemble drive shaft to unit . Assure
splines line up when installing
