Assembly manual for drop‐in deep fat fryer FSP
Assembling and connecting of the
parts can be done from the front side.
Disassembly
Dismantle the cover sheet (6).
Dismantle the spacer plate (15).
Dismantle the bracket (14).
Insert the 'electric installation panel"
(11) into the frame.
Assembling, connecting
Insert the operating unit (13) onto the
front cover (12)
Screw the operating unit (13) and the
shielding (8) to the bracket (14).
Connect the cable (4) to the control
board (2).
If the module includes one key board
or more: Connect as schown in
Pos. (16)
Connect cable (5) for linear operation
basket lift to control board (2).
Connect the cable for the heating
elements (9) to the (safety)
thermostat (10) and screw the ground
cable (7) to the threaded bolt on the
bowl.
The connections for the mains
terminal are different for each model -
please see section 5.2!
Connect the flexible hose (1) to the
pump (3).
Fitting the covers
Properly align the 'electric installation
panel" (11) inside the base frame and
fasten using the O‐ring screws.
Insert the spacer plate (15) and screw
into place.
Screw on the cover sheet (6).
Checking whether the deep fat
fryer works
Once all of the assembly and
installation work has been completed,
check whether all of the device's
functions are working properly
