Connecting the mains terminal to the power supply

Please make sure that the cables will not get mixed up after disconnecting. To avoid this you
can mark them. Please follow the wiring diagram which is enclosed with the device.
Deep fat fryer model with mains terminals e.g.:
- Single‐bowl deep fat fryer, twin‐bowl deep fat fryer 8/9,5 kW, 230V 3
- Single‐bowl deep fat fryer 13 kW, 400V 3; twin‐bowl deep fat fryer 13 kW, 230V 3
- Large‐bowl deep fat fryer 8/9,5 kW, 230V 3

type plates.
One of the type plates must be sticked in such
a way that it can be read without having to open
the device!
Degrease the surface to which the label will be
