Cause
• The outdoor unit's fan stops automatically and performs the defrost

operation has stops, a water flow sound may be heard, and the operation
sound may become louder for 2 or 3 minutes immediately after the
operation has started.
This is the flowing sound of refrigerant or draining sound of dehumidifier.
• This is sound generated when the heat exchanger, etc. expands and
contracts slightly due to temperature change.
• Various smells like carpet, clothes, cigarette, or cosmetics that adhere to
the air conditioner.
• When the cooling operation cannot be performed because another indoor
unit is performing a heating operation.
• Is the outdoor temperature out of operation temperature range?
• When the manager of the air conditioner has locked the operation to
COOL or HEAT, and an operation contrary to the setup operation is
performed.
• When stopping the fan to prevent cool air blow at starting heating.
• Refrigerant flows temporarily to prevent oil or refrigerant from remaining in
the stand by the indoor unit, sound of flowing refrigerant, or white steam
when the other indoor unit operates in HEAT mode, and cold air in the
COOL mode may be blow-out.
• Sound is generated when the expansion valve operates when the power
has been turned on.
• LCD may temporarily blur due to static electricity.
• Intermittent operation of the fan with louvers open is sometimes carried out
for the refrigerant recovery control of an unoperated unit.
