SAFETY FUNCTIONS
The machine is equipped with the following safety functions.
EMERGENCY PUSH-BUTTON
It is located in a position (82) that is easily accessible for the operator. It has to be pressed in case of emergency, to stop all the
machine functions.
To reset it, turn it clockwise.
HOOD SAFETY SWITCH
It turns on when the machine hood is open. It stops all functions.
If the machine keeps operating when the hood is open, contact an authorised Service Center or Retailer immediately.
DRIVER SEAT MICROSWITCH
It is inside the driver's seat and it prevents the drive system operation when the operator is not on the driver's seat.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble
The machine does not start when turning the
ignition key to "I".
The machine does not move when pressing
the pedal.
The main broom does not work.
The side brooms do not operate.
The machine collects little debris/dust.
The fi lter shaker does not operate.
The machine operates only when stationary,
otherwise the red warning light turns on.
The battery autonomy is low.

Possible Cause
The battery connector is disconnected.
The F1 fuse in the box is open.
The battery charger cable is connected to the
electrical mains.
The parking brake is engaged.
When starting the machine with the ignition
key, the pedal is pressed, or the operator is
not yet on the driver's seat.
The FT fuse is open.
The FA fuse is deactivated.
The main broom is not lowered.
The F6 fuse in the box is open.
The vacuum system is turned off.
The dust fi lter is clogged.
The hopper is full.
The skirts are not properly adjusted or are
worn.
The brooms are not properly adjusted.
The F2 fuse in the box is open.
The batteries are discharged.
The batteries are dead.
The battery capacity is low.

Remedy
Connect the battery connector.
Replace the fuse.
Disconnect the battery charger cable from
the electrical mains.
Disengage the parking brake.
Start the machine with the ignition key, only
after being on the driver's seat and without
pressing the pedal.
Replace the fuse.
Reset the fuse by pressing the relevant
switch.
Lower the main broom.
Replace the fuse.
Turn on the vacuum system with the switch.
Clean the dust fi lter by using the fi lter shaker
or by disassembling it.
Empty the hopper.
Adjust/replace the skirts.
Adjust the broom height.
Replace the fuse.
Charge the batteries.
If the problem persists, replace the batteries.
Replace the batteries.
Buy batteries with higher capacity (see the
Technical Data paragraph).
