Safety regulations with respect to maintenance

• Wear personal means of protection when performing maintenance tasks.
• Never work in a way that could jeopardize safety.

off and safeguarded against unexpected activation.
• Make sure that moving parts do not move unexpectedly.
• Used or leaked fluids, and any other products consumed during the activities, must be collected and

3 Description
3.1 Equipment
This is a single-acting hydraulic tool designed to be driven only by a Holmatro hydraulic pump. The
entire system operates with mineral oil and 720 bar allowable pressure. The tool is equipped with one
High-Flow female coupler.
The HMJ toe jack is lightweight, easy to handle and specially designed to allow lifting of heavy loads
using a small insertion height. The basis is a sturdy single-acting Holmatro jack with a 10 ton lifting
capacity which is easy to operate with a hand or foot pump.
The toe jack can be loaded both at the top and at the lifting toe. The toe jack can be used in any position
if the direction of lifting is in line with the main axis of the jack. This prevents skew loads on the lifting toe
and guides.
