A1 INSUFFICIENT wATER (
DESCRIPTION: when the system detects insufficient water for more than 10 seconds, it will stop the pump and the ART system
(Automatic Reset) will be activated
SYSTEM RESPONSE: after 5 minutes the ART system will restart the pump for 30 seconds, seeking to restore the water supply to
the system. If the water shortage continues, the device will try again every 30 minutes for 24 hours. If after this period, the system
continues to detect insufficient water, the pump will be placed permanently out of service until the problem has been fixed.
SOLUTION:
• insufficient water, check the hydraulic circuit supply. If it is necessary to prime the pump, use the manual start button
START/STOP (check that the
disable it).
• Request setting error: if a a "requested pressure" has been programmed that is greater than what the pump can provide, a
water insufficiency fault is triggered.
• Data set-up error: this device controls the insufficient water operation through the current consumption of the pump. Check
the current value introduced in the Configuration menu (see section "Configuration").
*
A2 OVERLOAD (
check fault,
DESCRIPTION: On the basis of the current entered in the Configuration menu, the system protects the pump against possible
overloads, generally produced as a result of dysfunctions in the pump from the power supply.
SYSTEM RESPONSE: the device tries to start the pump again when there is a consumption request for up to 4 attempts, at the end
of which, if the system continues to detect the fault, the pump is permanently put out of service.
SOLUTION: verify the state of the pump, for example, that the rotor is not blocked, etc. Check that the current data introduced in the
Configuration menu is correct with the consumption of the pump. Also check the rotation direction for the three-phase pumps. Once the
problem is resolved, to restore operation of the pump enter the appropriate value in the "INSTALLATION" menu (see Configuration).
A3 CANCELLED PUMP (
definitive fault):
DESCRIPTION: The device has an electronic protection system against short circuits and a fuse.
SYSTEM RESPONSE: operation of the device is stopped.
SOLUTION: check the winding of the motor and also the pump consumption. Once the pump problem has been resolved, to restore
its operation introduce the appropriate current value in the "INSTALLATION" menu (see Configuration). Check the fuse. If it has
blown, contact technical support (see Fig. 1).
A5 DAMAGED TRANSDUCER (
DESCRIPTION: The device signals a fault on the pressure sensor.
SYSTEM RESPONSE: operation of the device is stopped.
SOLUTION: Check the fuse. If it has blown, contact technical support (see Fig. 1). Contact technical support
