tor 9, as shown in figure 6.2.
•
Adjust the air flow, using the regulator 11, as
shown in figure 7.1.
•
Adjust the width of the spray, using the regula-
tor 8, as shown in figure 7.2, 8.
•
Adjust the position of spray cone as shown in
figure 9.
Working advice
Work sequence (see fig. 6-10)
Dilute the spray material to the desired
•
viscosity, mix thoroughly and strain the resulting
composition.
•
Connect the air tool to the compressor, using
a special air hose with an internal diameter of at
least 8 mm. It is recommended to use a moisture /
oil separator.
•
Open cap 6, fill reservoir 7 with the sprayed
material, close cap 6.
With regulators 8, 9, 10 adjust the spraying
•
torch and the amount of the sprayed material
(see fig. 6-9).
•
Do a trial treatment on an unnecessary piece
of the same material in order to make sure that
the adjustments are correct.
•
Spray material from a distance of 15-30 cm
from the surface (see fig. 10.1).
•
Start spraying beyond the bounds of the
treated surface.
Move the spray gun moving your arm as
•
shown in figure 10.1, and not only the wrist (see
