Check: Pull forwards on the harness of the child seat. The child seat must not move at all or only
slightly
4.2 Installation of Group 2/3. For children weighing between 15-36kg.
Note! Before installation, remove the 5-point restraint system of child car seat.(see 5.1)
Note! The buckle, shoulder belt and belt pads should be stored away safely for future use .
1. Place the child seat facing forward on the vehicle seat (in the direction of travel).(4-E)
2. Sit your child in the child seat. Pull out the vehicle seat belt and guide it in front of your child,
and buckle up. You will hear an audible CLICK! Guide the diagonal seat belt through the guide under
the headrest . (4-F)
3. Place the diagonal seat belt section and lap belt section into the lap belt guide on the seat shell.
Tighten the vehicle seat belt by pulling on the diagonal seat belt section. (4-G)
Caution! Make sure that the diagonal seat belt section runs over your child's shoulder, and not over
his neck.
Caution! Make sure that the vehicle seat belt is tightened up and not twisted.
Caution! The lap belt must lie as low as possible over your child's hips.

5. REMOVING & RE-FITTING THE 5-POINT HARNESS
5.1 Removing the 5-point harness.
1. Loosen the 5-point harness of the child seat as much as possible by pressing the central adjuster
and pulling the shoulder belts as far as you can. Note! Do not pull the belt pads. (5-A)
2. Remove the shoulder straps from the belt yoke. Tilt the adjuster towards you; Remove the shoulder
pads from the axis of the adjuster. (5-B)
3. Pull the shoulder straps and belt pads towards you, thread the ends of straps through the slots of
the seat cover respectively. (5-C)
4. Set the seat to the upright position, open the harness buckle, release the bottom part of the seat
cover and fold it upwards. (5-D) and (5-E)
5. Find the metal buckles under the foam, guide one of them through the first slot and hold it from
the hole underneath the seat base, then thread it through the second slot to remove one side of the
shoulder strap; Repeat this step to remove the other side of the shoulder strap. (5-F)
6. Set the seat to the maximum reclining position, locate and hold the metal buckle underneath the
seat shell, set it back to the vertical position; Push upward through the slot to remove it. (5-G) and
(5-H)
5.2 Re-fitting the 5-point harness
Follow the steps above in reverse order to refit the 5-point harness; Make sure that none of the straps
are twisted and they are correctly fitted in the slots. If you are in doubt, please contact the retailer
or manufacturer for more information.
6. REMOVING AND REFITTING THE SEAT COVERS

6.1 Removeing the seat covers
• Headrest part
1. Adjust the headrest of the child seat to the highest position. (6-A)
2. Take hold of the elastic seam of the cover from the back of the headrest and remove the cover of
the headrest. (6-B)
• Seat part
1. Open the 6 buttons around the seat shell. (6-C)
2. Remove the covers. (6-D)
6.2 Re-fitting the seat covers
Simply follow the previous steps in reverse.
CAUTION! Never use the child seat without fastening it correctly. Make sure that the metal buckle
is securely fastened.
CAUTION! Check that the harness straps are not twisted and that they have been correctly inserted
in the belt slots on the cover.
