8. TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEMS
The projectors do not reply to the orders
of the DMX touch screen
The projectors do not respond to the
orders of the DMX touch screen, or the
colours do not coincide with those
desired
If the problem cannot be solved, please contact the technical department of AstralPool.
USUAL CAUSES
Power does not reach the equipment
Erroneous DMX address
Defective DMX signal
Erroneous connection of the projectors
Erroneous configuration of the channels
Erroneous connection of the projectors

SOLUTIONS
Check the connection to the grid
(230Vac)
Check the DMX address of the device
Check the installation of the DMX line.
Only the final DMX equipment of the
DMX communication bus should have an
activated line end (2 positions DIP
switch)
Check the connections of the projectors
Check that the channels assigned to
each device coincide with those enabled
on the DMX Touch screen
Check the connection of the projectors
inside the touch screen
