Liability
Bravilor Bonamat does not accept any
liability for damage and/or injury caused
by non‑compliance with the safety
regulations and instructions described
in this book and any documentation
accompanying the appliances. Liability
will also not be accepted in cases
of careless installation, use and
maintenance of the appliance. Additional
safety instructions may be required,
depending on the environment in which
the appliance is to be situated. Contact
the dealer immediately if a potentially
dangerous situation is suspected,
detected or in all cases of doubt.

3.2
Precautions
• Do not use the appliance outdoors.
• Place the appliance on a flat horizontal
surface capable of supporting the
weight of the appliance.
• Do not tilt an appliance more than 5°.
• This appliance must be installed in
an area where it can be overseen by
trained personnel.
• This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, if they have
been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards
involved.

• Children shall not play with the
appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance should
not be done by children unless they are
older than 8 years and supervised.
• Do not operate any appliance with a
damaged mains cable or mains plug,
or in an abnormal state. If the mains
cable is damaged it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its service agent,
or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
• Always use the new food‑approved
hose set that is supplied with an
appliance. Old hose sets should not be
used.
• The appliance shall not be placed in a
cabinet when in use.
3.2.1 Environmental conditions
For the location in which the appliance
is to be operated, the following
environmental checks must be done
prior to installation and operation of the
appliance:
• Check the voltage power supply.
Make sure that your outlet voltage
corresponds to the voltage stated on
the rating label of the appliance.
• Check the water pressure. The
appliance has an identification plate
with the water pressure on it.
• Check the water quality. Only water of
human drinking quality or purification
should be used for the appliance.
• Check the ambient temperature (=t).
