CONNECTING THE PCO 1 BOARD

TO THE AER485 BOARDS
Connect the two AER485 boards to
the pCO 1 . Connect the terminal block of
the MASTER serial card (fig.03), which
is already on the pCO 1 in the analog se-
lection housing, to the terminal block of
the AER485 CONN1 board, respecting
the polarities (Fig. 07).

CONNECTING THE AER485
BOARD TO THE GR3 BOARD
Once the AER485 boards are con-
nected to the pCO1, connect the
AER485 board to the GR3 board using
the twin lead. (Fig.07).
Once all the above connections have
been made, DUALCHILLER will let you
control the two chillers using thw on-
board panels;
To install the remote pGD panel, pro-
ceed as follows.

INSTALLING THE REMOTE
PGD PANEL
(interfaccia utente)
the PGD user interface (fig.04) can be
connected to the pCO1; the interface
allows you to control the main opera-
ting functions, including:
- ON/OFF
- COLD/HOT operating mode
- Display and reset alarms
- Edit main setpoints
- Display compressor status
- Display inlet and outlet water tempe-
rature.

Installing the remote

To install the terminal you must first
mount the back part of the contai-

- Fasten the container to the box using
the buttonhead screws supplied
- Connect the telephone cable from
the pCO board to the (RJ12) con-
nector on the back of the terminal,
using one of the telephone cables

The connection can reach a maxi-
mum distance of 30 m using the
telephone cable and ferrites supplied
(see Fig. 6), and a distance of 200 m
using the AVG22 shielded-pair cable,
the TCONN6J000 interface (diver-
ter boards supplied) and both the
telephone cables supplied (fig.07)
