4. Expand the Ports category (COM & LPT) by clicking on the
plus (+) sign on the left side, and look for the Prolific USB-to-
Serial COMM Port (COM X), where X is the port number. If
this number is greater than three (3), it should be reset. Right-
click on the Prolific USB-to-Serial COMM Port item, and
select Properties.
5. Choose the Port Settings tab, and then click on the Advanced...
button.
