temperature is set incorrectly.
The oil has deteriorated.
The oil is unsuitable.
If you hear slight popping sounds
when using your appliance, it means
that there is too much water in the
bowl.
Experiment by extending the cooking
time or cut food into thinner pieces.
Fry food in small quantities
(especially when frozen).
Set to the recommended
temperature.

Use new oil.

vegetable oil.
