Remove the wall plate template
CAUTION:
Be sure the anchors C3 are seated flush with the concrete surface.
Install wall plate assembly using four lag bolts C1 and four washers C2 (use ONLY the lag bolts and washers from the Concrete Installation

CAUTION:
Improper use could reduce the holding power of the lag bolt. DO NOT over-tighten the lag bolts C1 .
