TROUBLESHOOTING
- Check to see if the unit is completely plugged in to a grounded power source.
- The RED light on the front of the unit indicates that it is "on". The GREEN light in-
dicates steam is being generated.
- Steam will only be dispensed when the trigger on the handle is depressed.
- Check that the power cord is plugged in to a grounded outlet.
- Check that the GREEN light has turned off, indicating that steam has been
generated;
- Check that the water is available in the reservoir and that the tank is securely fitted
into the Anti-Calc filter.
- Check to make sure the handle is securely fitted in to the main body and that the
main body is fitted into the small scrubbing brush (see "1 - Minute Assembly
instructions).
If the problem persists after checking the above points, disconnect from the power
outlet and wait until the unit cools (about 2-hours) and retry. If the problem still persi-
sts, please contact our Customer Care team.
- Check to see that the small scrubbing brush is securely inserted into the large
mop head.
- The main body needs to be completely upright till it clicks into place and the small tab
in the rotating ball of the small scrubbing brush is aligned with the notch at the base.
- Make sure that the unit is resting onto a stable and flat surface
- Water is added to the blue reservoir. You must slide it up to remove it. Turn it
upside down and twist open the white cap.
- You must first remove the water reservoir. The Anti-Calc filter pulls away from the
main body.
- Make sure the cloths are applied correctly to take advantage of the hook/loop
locking system.
The side that attaches to the mop head have two rows of fuzzy loop material at
the top and bottom that securely connect to the built-in hooks on the bottom of the
mop head.
- The system is designed to keep the cloths attached to the mop head during
cleaning. To remove, press down with a foot the tongue on the cloth and give it a
good tug.
- To remove the small scrubbing brush, simply press down with your foot on the
dark tab at the rear of the mop head.
- To avoid puddles, don't keep the mop head in one place too long while the trigger
is depressed continuously.
- Alternatively, press the trigger every few seconds so steam is applied
intermittently, while moving the brush forward and backward.
- If the cloth is too wet, replace it with a dry one. Follow the instructions on the cloth
label to wash the dirty cloth.
- Check to see if all the connections are secured (see 1-Minute Assembly in-
structions).
- Make sure there is sufficient water in the reservoir.
