setting.
You will be asked to con-
firm your selection again,
to make sure that you
really do want to deacti-
vate video monitoring.
8. Use the 24 or
"YES" and press the
confirm that you want to deactivate video
monitoring.
The menu on the parent unit will be
closed and the screen will go white, as
video transmission
stopped. The status bar with all the other
settings you have made will continue to
be shown. Audio transmission will con-
tinue as normal.
Note: After 15 seconds without any input
from you, the menu will be closed with the
settings unchanged and the parent unit will
return directly to monitoring mode.
Switching video monitoring back on
If you have switched to audio monitoring
only and wish to view your baby on the
screen again:
Follow steps 1 to 5 described above.
6. Select the option VIDEO ON.
7. Press the button 26 to confirm your
setting.
The screen will now show the video
transmission from the active camera
once more.
Switching the screen on and off
Instead of disabling video transmission out-
right, you can also save power simply by
switching the screen off as required.
1. To switch the screen off, briefly press the
on/off button 32 of the parent unit.
2. To switch the screen back on and see the
video transmission from the active cam-
era, briefly press the on/off button 32 of
the parent unit again.

VIDEO ON: The camera is switched on
