TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM
No power, nothing runs.
Brush motor does not run.
Vacuum motor does not run.
Short run time.
Poor squeegee pick up.

CAUSE
Batteries need charging.
Faulty battery(s).
Loose battery cable.
Battery connection is improper.
Faulty main switch
Main Power circuit breaker has
tripped.
Brush circuit breakers have
tripped, or has been pulled out.
Loose wire connection.
Drive roll grips are not twisted.
Faulty brush motor or wiring.
Faulty brush switch.
Carbon brushes worn.
Faulty solenoid.
Vacuum circuit breaker has
tripped.
Faulty vacuum switch.
Faulty wiring.
Faulty vacuum motor.
Faulty solenoid.
Carbon brushes worn.
Batteries not fully charged.
Bad cell in one or more batteries.
Batteries need maintenance.
Faulty charger.
Recovery tank is full.
Ball float shutoff screen inside
recovery tank is clogged.
Squeegee is clogged with debris.
Squeegee blades are worn.
Squeegee thumbscrews are loose.
Vacuum hose connections are
loose or hose has a hole.
Vacuum hose is clogged with
debris.
Tank gasket is defective.
OPERATION
SOLUTION

Replace battery(s).
Tighten loose cable.
See BATTERY INSTALLATION.
Contact Service Center.
Determine cause and reset circuit
breaker button.
Clean or change to a less aggres-
sive pad. Also, release brush
pressure lever if it's in the up posi-
tion. Reset breaker button.

Drvie roll grips must be twisted to
activate brushes.
