Safety and Dangers

 Use PhaseBalancer according to its intended use.
 Use PhaseBalancer in original and technically fully intact
condition without unauthorized modifications.
 Ensure that the PhaseBalancer is installed and serviced by
qualified specialists only.
 Ensure that all protection devices are fully operational.
 Prior to installation and maintenance work, ensure that the
PhaseBalancer is de-energized.
 Ensure that regulations stipulated by trade associations and
inspection authorities and agencies are observed and that the
connection conditions of the relevant energy supplier or
equivalent national and international rules and regulations are
adhered to.
 Start up, install and mount according to the order indicated in the
installation and operating manual.
 Observe conditions of use (see 9 Technical Data).

Intended Use

 Only use PhaseBalancer to ensure that the max. permissible
unbalanced load is not exceeded in the following cases:
t Failure of a inverter
t
different AC powers occurring in dependence of the
irradiation
Prerequisite for the use of the PhaseBalancer:
Î three single-phase PLATINUM inverters, distributed across three
phases
Î PLATINUM inverters are connected to each other via the
PLATINUM network.
