4. Insert the collar between the legs of the Cassette and up against the tubing retainer as shown in Figure 6B. On the
Large Cassette, adjust the tubing retainer downward such that the tubing is positioned between the Support Rod
notch and the Tubing Retainer as shown in Figure 6B. (Disregard the "Tube Size" markings on the Cassette.)
Repeat the procedure for the opposite side of the Cassette.
5. Attach the Hook Leg of Cassette on to one of the Support Rods (see Figure 6C).
6. Swing the Cassette with tubing over the (other side of) rotor and push down on tab until the Latch snaps closed.
(See Figure 6D.)
7. Adjust the occlusion setting. (See OPERATION section.) For a nominal setting with MASTERFLEX tubing, turn
adjustment screw until inside edge of the wedge is aligned midway between #3 and #4 on the label.
