Buttons and LAN Interface
A LAN port and the Security button are on the underside of FRITZ!Powerline 510E.
LAN The LAN port is for connecting computers and network devices
(see page 20).
Security
The Security button is for integrating the FRITZ!Powerline 510E adapter
into an existing powerline network (see page 22).

FRITZ!Powerline Adapter: Status Display
The FRITZ!Powerline adapter LEDs indicate the following:

FRITZ!Powerline has electrical power
FRITZ!Powerline is restarting or confi guring
security settings
FRITZ!Powerline is on standby
FRITZ!Powerline has no electrical power
the LAN port is in use
no LAN cable is connected or the device on the
LAN cable is switched off
FRITZ!Powerline is connected with the powerline
network and sending or receiving data
FRITZ!Powerline did not detect any compatible
powerline devices or any devices that use the
same network key
