Function description external voltage signal (0 - 10 V)

• Pre-selected setpoint (prog.-Nr. 5973, Function input RelCl)
In this case, the heat requirement will be specified by an analogue
signal (Voltage signal 0 to 10 V).The maximum value will be deter-
mined by the program number 5975 in the BMU.The adjustment
range of this parameter is from 5 to 100 °C (limited by the maxi-
mum boiler temperature of 85 °C).
From the temperature requirement, also the heating requirement
is deducted.
– A threshold value of 5 °C applies, i.e. at a temperature of 6 °C
the heating requirement is set
– At a temperature of 4 °C, the heating requirement will be set
back.
• Pre-selected output (prog.-Nr. 5973, function input RelCl)
The boiler capacity is in this case set by an analogue signal (voltage
signal 0 to 10 V).
This analogue signal will be transferred to BMU and applied as a
percentage value to the possible capacity range. The threshold,
from which the analogue signal has to trigger the power specifica-
tion, will be set by the programme number 5976 in the BMU.With
this, the minimum value is set at the same time.
– The range between minimum and maximum value is converted
into a power signal from 0 to 100 %.
If the analogue signal is higher than the minimum value, the boiler
will be operated at minimum capacity< in the case of the maximum
value, the control is at maximum capacity. If the analogue signal is
below the threshold, the capacity setting is not activated.
