Correction of defects and returns
We will repair any material or manufacturing
defects free of charge during the guarantee
period. Excluded from the guarantee are
faults due to damage caused by the user, or
improper use due to non-authorised
third-party attempted repairs or similar. If it is
necessary to repair or exchange a product,
our service centre employees will supply you
with the return address.
In the case of returns, please note the
following:
•Make sure that the article is carefully
packaged. If possible use the original
packaging.
• Fill in the returns form and include it with
a copy of your receipt and the product you
are returning.
