1.2 Correct use

The DT-Mobil PRO PE mobile diesel filling station
is an approved IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container)
in accordance with ADR for hazardous goods in
packaging group II + III (liquid water-polluting sub-
stances).
The filling station is intended for use at a variety of
locations outdoors.
It may only be filled or transported having under-
gone a valid inspection/check. Repeat inspection
2½ years after the date of manufacture according to
ADR 6.5.4.4.1 b) and 6.5.4.4.2. Repeat inspection
5 years after the date of manufacture according to
ADR 6.5.4.4.1 a) and 6.5.4.4.2.
Please note that transport approval is limited to
5 years for all combination IBCs with a plastic
inner tank for diesel. Thereafter, the inner tank
for diesel must be renewed. We offer you this
tank replacement service including ADR test
certificate.
Note: The inspections must be repeated at intervals
of 5 years.
The design; material; production, welding and
testing procedures of the steel collecting container
additionally comply with the German steel trough
guidelines (StawaR). The regulations governing fire
prevention and industrial safety must be followed!
Operating temperature range: - 10 °C to + 40 °C
Important!

Only a clean medium may be conveyed.
Correct use (preferably) concerns, for example,
the following liquids:
• diesel fuel.
• heating oil.
• biodiesel.
In accordance with the ADR, the following
are required for the simplified transport
of dangerous goods (< 1000 points):
• labelling (sticker) of the filling station.
• requirement to equip with a fire extinguisher
(2 kg)
• carriage of supporting document
(in this case, carriage paper –
observe national exemption regulations)
(no carriage paper in Germany –
exemption 18 S)

• compliance with the so-called "1000-points rule"
in accordance with table 1.1.3.6 ADR, i.e. total
quantity per transport unit < 1000 points.

It is essential to read the relevant
regulations of the ADR.
1.2.1 Summary
The equipment is not intended for any other purpose.
For safety reasons, modifications are not allowed to
the filling station (except for the addition of accesso-
ries specifically provided by the manufacturer) – see
section 6. Designated use also includes compliance
with all information in these operating instructions.

ethanol, chemicals, oils (lubricating, hydraulic,

1.4 Product description of electric pump

Important!

pump manufacturer.
The self-priming electric pump 12 V, 24 V or 230 V is
an electrically driven pump with bypass valve for the
delivery and dispensing of diesel fuels and similar
media from storage containers.
When starting up with an empty suction line and
partially filled pump, the electric pump is able to
suction liquid over a maximum height difference of
2 metres (filling procedure approx. 1 minute).
The pump motor is equipped with thermal overload
protection against overheating and a circuit fuse
for 12/24 V.
