PID electronics. Integrated control system with an electronic thermostat*. It uses a
management algorithm to manage the consumption of emitters in terms of the data
received, adjusting consumption based on the requirements of your home. As
opposed to other systems using a relay, it offers a practically endless number of
possible movements.
Fireproof electronic casings, with high quality finishing, built out of ABS.V0.* (self-
extinguishing) material providing high mechanical performance, free from halogen
components and with anti-UV protection. They are designed in smooth and
harmonious shapes for their perfect integration in the aluminium body.
ACESOL
DSS® (Double Security System), new and exclusive to
emitters,
managing the internal conditions of the apparatus. It includes the combination of a
thermostat with PTCR and an inverse valve, to cancel apparatus operating (as in
cases of overheating due to covering), that provides maximum safety.
Very high heat transfer SolAzul thermoconductor fluid, developed for IAT,
combining exceptional stability, high specific heat, low viscosity, excellent fluidity
(even at low temperatures) that allows maximum heat contents per volume unit for
efficient operating*.
Weather and corrosion proof injected aluminium body, perfectly designed for
optimum heat transfer (they are not deteriorated by the passage of time, keep their
aspect unaltered and are not affected by the environment or their liquid contents).
Reinforced resistances out of AISI-304 stainless steel tube, offering high heat
conductivity, low electricity consumption and a moisture-proof system.
Omnipolar switch hidden in the back part of the equipment, thus avoiding accidental
activation.
* An exclusive PID, more advanced than the traditional PIDs, has been developed to significantly
improve control and response speed of our emitters.
* ABS refers to the type of component, V0 being the value in the scale measuring behaviour with
regard to fire (whether it catches fire when a flame is brought close and this remains alight or if it
goes out after a few seconds, if it does not go out and drips, etc.). V0 corresponds to the most
demanding quality level (self-extinguishing) in such a way that it burns while a flame is kept in
contact with the plastic material. When removed, the flame goes out almost instantly without
dripping any waste.
* It maintains all its properties throughout time, conserving its optimum performance and
excellent thermoelectric transfer, this being fast and uniform, apart from presenting very low
vapour pressure, avoiding the tendency of conventional thermal fluids to form gas pockets that
generate cavitations.
