7. Select the vehicle you wish to carry out the analysis on by following the on-
screen instructions.
8. Select the type of light of the headlight being tested.
9. Carry out the photometric analysis on the first headlight.
10. Carry out any operations required to correct the light beam. *
The headlight adjustment operations aimed at correcting the
projected light beam must comply with the vehicle manufacturer's
provisions.
11. Once the analysis is complete, position the device in front of the second
headlight, moving it on its wheels without changing the height of the optical box
and the distance from the vehicle.
Changing the height of the optical box as well as the distance from
the vehicle may compromise the results of the analysis.
12. Carry out the photometric analysis on the second headlight.
13. Carry out any operations required to correct the light beam. *
(*) NOTES:
The connection with a diagnostic tool (VCI) allows the following:
• automatically preselecting the type of light of the vehicle headlights;
• selectively activating the headlight to test;
• setting the headlight control unit in "adjustment" mode (if allowed by the vehicle
manufacturer).
