For Art 279:
• Make sure that the power source cable is disconnect-
ed from the mains
• Remove the four plastic feet
• Remove the upper neck
• Remove the plastic rear and the front frame
• Remove the top cover, the bottom and the two side
bands
• Attach the interface circuit (cod. 5602598) to the inside
baffle using the two grey cylindrical plastic spacers
and the two self-tapping screws as shown in the fig. 12
• Remove the small metal plate on the rear panel and
fastened to it with two M3 hex head screws and nuts
indicated by arrows in fig. 2
• Secure the circular connector placed on one end of the
connection 2 into the hole vacated by the small metal
plate with the two screws M3 hex head and flanged
nuts available in the kit and the two hex head screws
M3 and its flanged nuts used to attach previously the
small metal plate as shown in fig. 13
• Connect the plastic 8-pin connector of the connec-
tion 2 to the plastic 8-pin connector J2 of the 5602598
board as illustrated in fig. 5
• Connect the black two-way AMP MODU II connector
of the connection 3 to the J3 two-way AMP MODU II
connecor of the board 5602598 as shown in the fig. 5
• Connect the two-way black AMP MODU II connector
of the connection 3 to the two-way J8 AMP MODU
II connector of the board 5602392. Note: When con-
necting 5602392 board, J8 connector is not available.
To connect it, remove the AMP MODU II connector of
the connection 3 and perform a connection as shown
in fig. 14
• Connect the FASTON connector placed at the end
part of the black cable of the connection 4 to the J1
FASTON connector of the board 5602598 as shown in
fig. 5
• Connect the M5 terminal eyelet placed at the end of
the black cable of the connection 4 to the screw con-
nector J9 of the board 5602392. Note: When connect-
ing the 5602392 board, J9 connector is not available.
To connect it, a soldering of the M5 terminal to the
male 0.8x6.3 FASTON connector as shown in fig. 15
is necessary
• Connect the M5 terminal eyelet placed at the end of
the red cable of the connection 2 to the marked FISS2
screw on the board 5602392 by interposing the brass
washer present in the kit as shown in fig. 16
• Connect the female 0.8x6.3 FASTON connectors
placed on the ends of the white and brown connec-
tors of the connection 2 to the 0.8x6.3 FASTON male
connectors of the connection 5
• Disconnect the 0.8x2.8 female FASTON connector
from the J6-A connector of the 5602392 board and
connect it to the 0.8x2.8 male FASTON connector of
the connection 5
• Connect the 0.8x2.8 female FASTON connector of the
connection 5 to the connector J6-A of the 5602392
board
• Verify that, with the torch nozzle holder unscrewd and
the start pressed down, the machine remains in a
locked state
