• Before assembling the tool unscrew the packing pallet from the cabinet base.
• Place the machine in a well-leveled floor and strong enough to support the weight. Assemble in the place where it will
be operated. Use wedges to level the tool in the event of wobbling. The space shall have good lighting and ventilation.
• The machine includes all the nuts and bolts necessary to assemble. Also it has a set of Allen hex keys and an open-end
wrench with the measurements needed to assemble.
Cabinet
CAUTION The belt shall be set perfectly vertical.
The pulley (B and C) are built with two channels to pass the belt.
Choose the one most adequate to set the belt in a vertical position.
Also, the motor can completely be pushed or pulled loosening the
screws attaching it to the cabinet. After adjusting tighten the screws.

Assemble the pulley guard (E) in the
Jointer using four sets of screws, washers
and pressure washers.

Set the motor pulley belt (B). Pass
the belt through the upper orifice in
the cabinet and set one side of the
band in the cutter head pulley (C).

Set the jointer onto the cabinet.
CAUTION This operation shall be
carried out with two people at least.
Secure de jointer to the cabinet with four sets
of screws, washers and pressure washers.

Loosen the four screws (D) to raise or lower
the motor until the belt is tense. Then,
tighten the screws.

Assemble the rip fence (F) to the pulley
guard using two sets of screws, washers
and pressure washers.
