Installation

Incubation of the Filter
Since the filter does not contain germ-growth-influencing substances, the filter
must be transferred to a suitable nutrient medium and incubated, e .g . to an agar
plate with Sabouraud, for the detection of fungi and TSA for total microbial count
determination .
