8 OPERATIONAL FEATURES
The Style 9325 Navigator Pro Controller has been designed to be intuitive and easy to use . Once configured, the opera-
tion is simple . Basic operation of the controller is described below .
8.1 Opening and closing the valve

The Auto Open feature enables the user to fully open the valve with one press of the
RED or
feature is only available if the valve is fully closed . To stop an auto-open procedure in progress, press either the
GREEN button again at any time . This will stop the valve and allow it to be adjusted to the desired position .
8.2 Preset operation
The Navigator Pro is capable of saving up to 3 valve positions. After the positions are saved (see Section 7.2, PRESETS,
for details), a preset position can be selected to cause the valve to immediately move to that position. To send the valve
to a preset position, simply press the ■ PRESET button . The first available saved preset will start blinking . If that is the
desired preset position, press the ■ GOTO button and the valve will go to that position . If the second or third preset is
desired, press the ■ NEXT button until the desired preset blinks, and then press the ■ GOTO button to send the valve to
that position . The presets are labeled P1, P2 and P3 for normal operation . If CAFS is enabled, the presets are labeled D,
M and W, which stand for Dry, Medium and Wet, respectively . When the valve is at a preset position, the preset label will
be highlighted in green .
8.3 CAFS operation
The Navigator Pro has the capability to operate a solenoid valve to turn the compressed air to the CAFS system on and
off . If installed and configured as a CAFS controller, the blue button below the screen will be available to turn the CAFS
on and off during normal operation. To enable, see "Valve Options" under Section 7.6, VALVE SETUP & CALIBRATION.
To turn the CAFS on, press the ■ CAFS button once. The box above the CAFS label will display "ON?" and blink for
5 seconds . Press the ■ CAFS button again within 5 seconds to confirm and turn CAFS on . If no action is taken within
5 seconds, it will time out and return to OFF . To turn the CAFS off, use the same procedure: press the ■ CAFS button
once again so that "OFF?" is displayed and will blink for 5 seconds. Press the ■ CAFS button again within 5 seconds to
confirm and turn CAFS off .
Note: To enable CAFS operation, the CAFS solenoid must be connected to pin 5 of the six-pin Display connector on the
valve (see Section 5.1, "ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION").
