LOCATION
Position the ice maker in its final location and
make sure that there is everything for its
installation, namely:
- power supply discon-
nect switch
- water supply connection
- waste drain water connec-
tion
ATTENTION.
To prevent any possible intestinal infection to
the ice consumers:
- make sure that water avail-
able is DRINKABLE and in
relation to its quality consult
the installer for the possible
installation of a water filter or
water conditioner.
TO GAIN FULL ADVANTAGE FROM THIS
UNIT IN TERMS OF PERFORMANCE AND
DURABILITY ALSO MAKE SURE THAT:
- minimum water temperature is
not lower than +5°C and maxi-
mum water temperature does
not exceed +40°C
- minimum water pressure is not
below 1 bar and maximum water
pressure does not exceed 5 bar
- the electrical supply available corresponds
to voltage and ampacity
of the machine specifica-
tions as indicated on the
unit nameplate
- the electrical disconnect switch
with fuse protection must be a two
pole type with a minimum clear-
ance of 3 mm between open con-
tacts
- the minimum ambient tempera-
ture should not be lower than
+10°C and the maximum ambient
temperature higher than
+40°C
- around the unit there is a
minimum space of 150
mm from walls to allow
enough air circulation
ATTENTION.
Do not surround the unit with
a curtain which, by preventing
proper ventilation, can cause
overheating.
- there are no heat sources
(kitchen stoves, ovens,
grills) near the machine
and the environment is not
too humid.
