Setting the bevel angle
The tilt of the saw blade can be freely
adjusted from 0 to 45 degrees. Loosen the
handle (12), and tilt the saw head. Adjust
the angle according to the markings on the
angle gauge, and tighten the handle again.
Setting the mitre angle
The mitre angle can be adjusted by
loosening the screw on the mitre guide (11).
Turn the mitre guide to the required angle,
and tighten the screw again.
Setting the saw depth
Turn the depth stop so that it stops the
movement of the saw blade once the
required depth has been reached.

Sawing
Secure the item in the required position on
the workbench using the screw clamp (29).
Set the mitre and bevel angle as described.
Start the saw, and slowly push the saw head
towards the wood.
Setting the saw depth
Turn the handle to raise or lower the saw
blade. The saw blade should protrude no
more than 3 mm over the upper surface of
the item to be cut. Remember to adjust the
cleaver blade correspondingly.
