Special safety instructions

Always use goggles, ear protectors and
gloves when using the garden shredder.
Never put your hands, feet or tools into the
feed hopper, feed pipe or discharge chute
and do not look into the openings while the
garden shredder is in use.
Always unplug before making adjustments,
and before placing hands, feet or other
objects near moving parts in the garden
shredder.
Never direct the discharge chute at people,
animals, cars or buildings.
Never use the garden shredder on a sloping
or hard, smooth surface, as the vibrations
may cause it to move.
Never use metal tools to push twigs or
branches into the garden shredder. Use the
compactor provided only.
Never place tools or other objects on the
garden shredder.
The garden shredder is only intended for
shredding fresh garden waste, such as bush
or hedge clippings with a maximum branch
diameter of 40 mm. When shredding roots,
they must be rinsed to remove soil � rst, as
the blades may be damaged otherwise. Make
sure that no foreign objects, such as metal,
stone or glass get into the garden shredder
when you place garden waste into it.
Do not use the garden shredder to shred fruit
or vegetables.
Do not use the garden shredder when it is
raining, or expose it to liquids or moisture.
Note! The blades continue to rotate for
around 5 seconds after the garden shredder
has been turned off .
Assembly
Turn the garden shredder upside down.
Tilt the frame's (5) two legs upwards.

Insert the wheel axle through the predrilled
holes in the frame.
Fit the wheels (6) by placing a washer, a bush,
a wheel, a nut and a hubcap on either side of
the axle.
Do not tighten the nut so hard that the
wheel cannot rotate freely.
