Fit the push-fit connector cover into the unused connector
to prevent dirt ingress (Fig. 8). Do not connect any other
lead to the unused connector.
Sun hood fitting
The sun hood can be used to improve display visibility in
high ambient light conditions.
The sun hood can easily be fitted to the wrist display by
stretching the elasticated base over the perimeter of the
display. (Fig 9)
The hood is held closed with the elastic strap. To deploy
the hood, detach the velcro tab and pull the strap to open
the hood. Stretch the elastic strap and secure the velcro
tab to keep the hood open. (Fig. 10. 11, 12)
When not in use, the hood can be latched closed, and
if left attached to the wrist display will give the display
screen added protection. (Fig.13)
