ADVICE TO SAVE ENERGY

Place the appliance in a cool, well-ventilated
•
room, but do not expose it directly into sunlight
or leave it near sources of heat (such as
radiators, stoves and others). Otherwise, use an
insulating board.
•Check from time to time that the refrigerator
ventilation is adequate (sufficient air circulation
in the back of the appliance).
•Try not to open the refrigerator door too often,
especially if the room temperature is high and
with humidity. When you open the door, close it
as soon as possible.
•Under normal temperature conditions, set the
thermostat knob to a middle position.
•Do not put hot food in the refrigerator; make
sure they have cooled down to room
temperature. Do not overload the refrigerator, as
this will force the compressor to operate for
longer. Foods that freeze too slowly will lose
quality or even spoil.
•When you are going to thaw any frozen food,
do it by placing it in the fridge compartment. The
low temperature of the food frozen foods will
help to cool the refrigerator compartment while
they are thawing That being so, the refrigerator
will work less to cool and so much energy will be
saved. If frozen foods thaw out of the
refrigerator, this energy would be wasted.
