10 Troubleshooting

Problem
The refrigerated goods are
not cold.
There is condensation
around the refrigerator unit
lid.
The USB port does not
work.
The fan is noisy.
There is an odor coming
from the refrigerator
interior.

Possible Cause
The refrigerator is not turned ON.
The refrigerator is not receiving
power.
The fan is not operating.
The refrigerator lid is not closing
properly.
The lid gasket is damaged.
There is an electronic control unit
(ECU) malfunction.
The refrigerator is not receiving
power.
There is an obstruction.
Residue has built up inside the
refrigerator.
Recommended Solution
• Confirm the refrigerator is ON.
• See "Turning the Refrigerator ON" on page 11.
• Remove the closeout tray and confirm the power cord and
fan wires are not damaged.
• Use a multimeter to test for power.
• Remove any obstructions from around the refrigerator lid
and console lid to allow both lids to close completely.
• Inspect and replace the lid if the gasket is damaged.
• Contact a qualified service technician.
1. Confirm the refrigerator is OFF.
2. Remove the closeout tray and confirm the power cord and
fan wires are not damaged.
• Use a multimeter to test for power.
