OPERATING PROBLEMS
To program the telephones, check that you are located on the main
entrance panel (the J1 jumper is fitted to the audio unit) and that
you have only one entrance panel defined as the main one. Check
that before pressing the push button of the main entrance panel,
the audio is activated between the telephone and the entrance
panel. Remember that the panel emits a confirmation tone once
the telephone has received the code (telephone programmed). If
the telephone cannot be programmed: Check the connection
between 7 in the audio unit and the push buttons , the connection
between the push buttons and the concentrator of calls and the
connection between the concentrator of calls and the audio unit.
If the red indicator light flash continuosly.
Check wether there is a short-circuit in the connections from
the audio unit to all the telephones, D1 and D2 or in the
connections between the different entrance panels of the
system, D2 and D3 (installations with several points of access).
If you cannot find the fault, there may be something wrong
with the audio unit.
If intermittent tones can be heard on the entrance panel
when a call is made.
The call tone cannot be heard on the telephone: Check that
the handset is not off the hook. Check that the programming
switch of the telephone is in ON position (on the left). Call
another telephone. Check connections D1 and D2 from the
audio unit to all the telephones and connections D2 and D3
between the different entrance panels of the system (installations
with several points of access. Intente programar el teléfono

something wrong with the telephone or the audio unit.
Nothing works.
Check the mains voltage in the power supply unit that feeds
the audio unit. Check that the voltage between
the power supply is 12 Vac. Check for the existence of a
short circuit and rectify this. Disconnect the power supply for
1 minute and then reconnect it. If ithe breakdown continues,
disconnect all the power supply

The card holders do not light up.
Check that the voltage between

The lighting push button pilot does not light up.
Check that the voltage between
12 Vac. If the voltage is correct, there may be something
wrong with the audio unit.
No telephone can be heard from the entrance panel.
Check the volume control on the panel. If you cannot find the
fault, there may be something wrong with the audio unit.
One telephone cannot be heard from the entrance
panel.
Check connections D1 and D2 from the telephone to the
audio unit. If you cannot find the fault, there may be something
wrong with the telephone.
You cannot hear the entrance panel on any telephone.
Check the volume control on the telephones (on the panel).
If you cannot find the fault, there may be something wrong
with the audio unit.
You cannot hear the entrance panel on a telephone.
Check connections D1 and D2 from the telephone to the
audio unit. If you cannot find the fault, there may be something
wrong with the telephone.
The sound produces feedback.
Lower the sound level using the volume control on the audio
unit.
You cannot hear the call confirmation on the entrance
panel.
Check that the call tone rings on the telephones. Check the
connection between 7 in the audio unit and the push buttons.
Check the connection between the concentrator of calls and
the audio unit. If you cannot find the fault, there may be
something wrong with the concentrator of calls or the audio
unit.
The electric lock doesn't work.
Check that the voltage between 11 and 12 in the audio unit,
when you press the lock release button, is 12 Vac. If you
cannot find the fault, there may be something wrong with the
electric lock.
In multiple access installation, when you call one of
the panels the rest of the panels in the system are not
disabled.
Check connections D2, D3 between the different entrance
panels of the system. If you cannot find the fault, there may
be something wrong with the audio units.
