Pre-Installation Information
IMPORTANT: This equipment should be inspected, tested, and recorded

Separate all parts from packaging and check each part with Figures 3 and 4 on pages 5 and 6, and
the Parts List on page 7. Make sure all parts are accounted for before discarding any packaging
material. If any parts are missing, do not attempt to install your Bradley Combination Unit until
you obtain the missing parts.
Supplies Required:
• (3) 3/8" floor anchors and bolts
• Teflon tape and pipe sealant
• Piping to 1-1/4" IPS water supply
inlet on unit
• Adequate supply pipe supports
• Piping to 1-1/4" IPS drain outlet
for eye wash on unit
• Minimum 4" drain to
accommodate 30 gallons per
minute discharge for drench shower
waste.
Installation Instructions
NOTE: Flush the water supply line before
making connections.
Step 1: Secure base and brackets to
floor
1. To secure base to floor, install three
suitable anchors (supplied by installer)
for 3/8" bolts in the floor (see Figure 1).
2. Bolt the base to the floor anchors using
3/8" bolts (supplied by installer).
