E1 The cuff is not secure
E2 The cuff is too tight
E3 The cuff pressure is in excess
E10 or The monitor detected motion
E11 while measuring
E20 The measurement process
does not detect
the pulse signal.
E21 The unit measured incorrectly
EExx A calibration error occurred.

Corrective Action

Re-apply the cuff
and attempt new
measurement.
Re-apply the cuff
and attempt new
measurement.
Relax for several
minutes and attempt
new measurement.
Sit comfortable and
remain still; attempt a
new measurement
Re-apply the cuff
and attempt new
measurement.
Relax for a moemnt and
then measure again.
Retake the
measurement; if the
problem persists,
contact the Customer
Care.
