Consuming undercooked food can result in foodborne illness. Use probe according to

Installing the Probe
The probe socket is located in the upper left corner of
the oven cavity, protected by a temperature probe plug.

using the temperature probe, as this will need to be
re-inserted for use in other cooking modes.
