3.1. Adjustment
CYCLE COUNTER
When the machine is in the PROGRAMS SELECTION mode, the display will show the programme that is being run (e.g.
"P01"). From this mode press and release button (P) to switch into the cycle counter mode in which the display will show
the value reached by the cycle counter.
Press button (P) once again to go back to the programme selection.
The cycle counter will increase whenever a sealing cycle occurs. After having displayed 999 cycles, counting will stop
and wait for the reset command.
The reset command of the cycle counter may only occur in the cycle counter mode by pressing the "P" key and by
holding it down for over 3 sec. The display will show "000" whenever the reset command is executed.

ERROR MESSAGES
The electronic board can detect some errors signalled by displaying the following messages on the display (D):
AL1:
Signals limit switch B1closed at the power on of the machine.
Possible causes are:

Machine on and hood down. Lift the hood.
!
Limit switch B1 faulty. Repair or replace the limit switch.
The machine will not execute the cycle in both cases. It is necessary to open the limit switch contact to cancel
signalling.
The alarm will disappear as soon as the contact is opened.
AL2:
Heating error.
It is possible in all programmes, except for P1.
The working temperature has not been reached within the set up time (15 min.).
Make sure that the thermocouple is positioned correctly.
Check the heating resistance.
Power off and on the machine to delete the error.
AL3:
High temperature error.
It is possible in all programmes, except for P1.
Temperature has exceeded 410°C
Power off and on the machine to delete the error.
AL4:
Interrupted thermocouple error.
It is possible in all programmes, except for P1 and it is activated if the thermocouple is interrupted.
Check the thermocouple.
Power off and on the machine to delete the error.
EEE:
Machine lock.
Contact the technical assistance.
3.2. Film reel insertion

Insert the reel of film on the roller (6) and block it through the centering cones (7) (figure 3.2. page 66)

Position the roller on the film reel support (5)

Run the film over the film drive roller (12)
!
Run the film between the contrast sheet and the micropunchers (8). Make sure that the needles of the
micropunchers (8) are positioned in the slots of the contrast sheet
!
Run the film over the film drive roller (10)
!
Run the film lower layer under the packaging plate (9)
!
Run the film upper layer over the packaging plate (9).
