Installation of ceiling opening and
hanging bolt

Hanging bracket
• Attach a nut (M10 or W3/8: not supplied) and the
Ø1.33" (34 mm) washer (supplied) to each hanging
bolt.
• Insert a washer on both sides of the T groove of the
hanging bracket of the indoor unit, and hang the
indoor unit.
• Check that the four sides of the indoor unit are level
using a level vial (levelness: 0.20" (5 mm) or less).
• Detach the installation gauge (accessory) from the
installation pattern.
• Using the installation gauge, check and adjust the
positional relation between the indoor unit and the
ceiling opening (1) (0.4" to 1.4" (10 to 35 mm)
: 4 sides) and the hanging-up height (2)
(0.47" +0.2" (12 +5 mm): 4 corners).

REQUIREMENT
Before installation of the indoor unit, be sure to remove
the tape for transportation between the fan and the bell
mouth. Running the unit without removing the tape may
damage the fan motor.

1. Remove screw A for the fixation of the electrical
control box cover and loosened screw B.
Slide the cover inside so that the hook part can be
removed (The electrical control box cover remain
being hooked on the hinge.)
2. Remove the wiring cover mounting screws
(1 locations), and a wiring cover is removed.

3. Remove screw for the fixation of the wire box.

4. Remove screw 4 locations for the fixation cover pipe
and a cover pipe removed.

5. Remove plate conduit Gr01 and insert a plate
conduit Gr02 from accessory on the pipe cover and
then screw it with original screw.
