Jack – hydraulic, mobile, professional
The owner and / or operator shall have an understanding of these operation instructions
and the following warnings before operation the jack.
Warning:
1. This is a lifting device only, the load must be supported by other appropriate means.
2. Do not move or dolly the load while on the jack.
3. Do not operate your jack with pessengers in the vehicle or leaning against it.
4. Do not exceed rated load.
5. Do not use any type of extensions without authorisation by a qualified person.
6. Place jack under vehicle at proper lifting location (refer to Vehicle Owner´s Manual). It is only allowed to work on or below
the liffted vehicle, if you secured it against tip over, slip off and unroll. Immediately after lifting, support the vehicle with
appropriate jackstands (in pairs per axle).
7. Use only on hard, level surfaces capable of sustaining load. See illustation A.
8. Make sure that lift point is stable and properly centered on jack saddle.
9. It is your responsibility to keep warning decals legible and intact.
Replacement decals may be obtained from factory.
10. Study understand and follow all the instructions provided with this jack prior to operation.
11. Failure to follow these warning may result in loss of load, damage to jack, or failure
resulting in property damage, personal, or fatal injury.
12. The owner shall retain this manual for future reference to important warnings.

13. Mind the instructions of the car producer.
Insert the hand lever into the fork and fasten the securing bolt.
Please replace the existing label with the product label specific for your country.

Owner's Responsibility

Assemble the hand lever.
Instruction before use:

1. Check oil level: With the jack in an upright position and the ram completely retracted, open release valve by turning release assembly
counterclockwise. Then remove the rubber stopper. Remove filter plug, the oil should be just up to the hole. Please see illustration B.
Fill if necessary with good grade hydraulic jack oil.
DO NOT USE BRAKE FLUID OR MOTOR OIL!!!
2. Greasing of important inner parts: To ensure good distribution of the lubricant, move the opened relief valve several times.
3. Blowing off the hydraulic system: During transportation, some air may get into the system and thus reduce the braking effect.
First, to blow off the system, it is necessary to make sure that the valve is closed properly. Pump the jack up to its top position.
Now, open the valve and press the seat.

Operating instructions:
1. Lifting up load: When lifting the car, make sure that the hand brake is active and the wheels are blocked. See fig. C.
Close the relief valve by turning the hand lever clockwise. Place the jack under the vehicle in the point indicated by the car manufacturer
(straight and solid surface – free of fat or grease). Make sure that the jack is in the centre under the lifted object.
Manipulate the jack using the handling lever.
2. Releasing the load: Open the relief valve by slowly twisting the hand lever anti-clockwise. The jack may be removed from the bottom
of the vehicle only after its head reaches the lowest position.

Maintenance:
1. Keep the jack clean, apply lubricating oil to all pivoting sections every three month..
2. Frequently check the oil level, for procedure see instructions before use.
3. Check pump piston and piston rod periodically for signs of rust or corrosion. Clean exposed area with a clean oiled cloth.
