Connect the power cord (8) to the mains.
•
Press the on/off button (9). The LED indicating steam quantity will flash in sequence for a few
seconds until the central LED remains fixed to indicate that the boiler is ready for use. [Fig E3]
•
Use the steam adjustment buttons "+ and –" (12) to adjust the quantity of steam [Fig E4]. The LED
will light up in sequence from the lowest level 1 to the highest level 3:
•
Press "+" to increase steam quantity.
•
Press "-" to decrease steam quantity.
•
On delicate surfaces such as parquet and rugs, adjust to a minimum the steam quantity and
increase steam quantity only where there are particularly stubborn stains or hard surfaces
such as tile and marble.
•
Rest one foot on the brush (17) and pull the handle (1) toward you to tilt the Steam Mop body. [Fig E5]
•
Produce steam by briefly pressing the Steam button (2). [Fig. E6]
DO NOT emit steam continuously so as to not to wet the surface that is to be cleaned excessively.
•
•
The steam takes a few seconds to penetrate through the cleaning cloth.
•
Rub the surface that is to be cleaned by inclining the product to about 45°
•
Switch the product off by pressing the on/off (9) button again. [Fig E3]
•
Let the product cool.
WARNING: SCALDING HAZARD
Before removing the cloth (19A or 19B), after use, ALWAYS switch off the steam
cleaner and wait a few minutes until the steam brush (17) has cooled.
•
Press a corner of the cloth (19A or 19B) with one foot and lift the steam mop to remove the cloth
from the steam brush (17).
USING THE "STEAM + DETERGENT" TECHNOLOGY
To remove particularly stubborn stains, and use the cleaning power of detergent along with the steam, press
the detergent spray key repeatedly (3). Fig[E7] Each time the pedal is pressed, the detergent spray (17A)
will spray detergent in the area immediately in front of the spray [Fig E8].
Use of the steam + detergent will make it possible to eliminate the driest and most stubborn stains.
NOTE: Press the detergent spray button (3) at least 10 times during its first use to allow the detergent to
arrive from the detergent spray reservoir (17A) present on the brush.
TO RENEW RUGS/CARPETS
•
Place the Microfibre Cloth for rugs (19B) on the floor with the Velcro side facing up and place the steam
brush (17) on it and press lightly, making sure to cover the entire surface of the brush. [Fig. B1-C].
•
Place the Rugs/Carpets support (18) on the ground.
•
Insert the brush (17) in the front part of the rugs/carpets support and press the steam mop until the
Rugs/Carpets support (18) attaches completely to the brush (8) [FIG E9]
•
The rugs/carpets support allows the steam mop to slide easily on surfaces such as rugs and carpets
with short hair.
•
Do not dose the amount of steam excessively during use on rugs/carpets
WARNING: SCALDING HAZARD
Before removing the Rugs/Carpets support (18) turn off the steam mop from the
on/off button (9) and allow it to cool.
•
Remove the rugs/carpets support (18) by resting one foot on the footprint shaped symbol and lift the
steam mop to release the steam brush (17) from the rugs/carpets support (18). [Fig E10]
