INSTALLATION
Unless otherwise specified, all measurements are expressed
in millimetres (mm).
To open the cabinet:
-
release the automation as indicated in the "MANUAL
RELEASE INSTRUCTIONS".
-
unscrew the four front screws.
3.1 Choice of balancing spring
Choose the balancing spring as indicated in the tables on page 5.
Attention: for L ≥ 4000 mm, it is necessary to use the fixed support
QIKAF, or the mobile support QIKAM.
3.2 Barrier installation
-
If the flooring does not permit a firm, stable fastening,
prepare a cemented area with the anchoring clamps and
the base plate (QIKZ) englobed in the cement. The base
plate must be level and clean.
-
Insert pieces of iron (or another material) in the holes of
the anchoring clamps, to hook the clamps to the cement
reinforcement. (Fig. 3)
-
Pass the cable guard trunking through the central hole of
the plate.
Attention: check the robustness and stability of the fastening.
-
Fix the cabinet.
3.3 Choice of opening direction and rod installation
-
Choose the opening direction as indicated in fig. 5.
-
Install the rod as indicated in fig. 6.
-
Set the DIP2 on the control panel as indicated in fig. 5.
