Additional safety instructions for your impact drill
- Do not use the electric power tool with a damaged cable. Do not move the damaged cable, and pull out
the power plug if the cable becomes damaged during operation. Damaged cables increase the risk of
electric shock.
- Connect the electric power tool to electricity through a 16/25A maximum secured contact protected
outlet (230/120V~, 50/60Hz). Consult your electrician.
- If the replacement of the supply cord is necessary, this has to be done by the manufacturer or his agent
in order to avoid a safety hazard.
- Use the included auxiliary handle with this machine.
- Losing control of the machine can lead to injuries.
Before operation
If you use this impact drill the first time, remove the packaging and make sure tha all parts are there (see
Service elements and accessories)
Danger of injury! Before all adjustments and settings:
- Turn the machine off.
- Wail until the machine has come to a complete standstill

- Pull out the power plug
Auxiliary handle
Never use the impact drill without the attachable handle (3). The attachable handle provides additional
support and allows you to work exhaustion-free. It is intended for both-right-and left-handed people.
- Loosen the handle (a4) on the attachable handle (3) by turning the camp knob (a5) counter-clockwise.
- Guide the drill chuck (1) of the impact drill through the attachable handle (3).
- Then turn the attachable handle (3) to the position which you could handle best.
- Turn the clamp knob (a5) clockwise until the attachable handle (3) sits tightly and can no longer be moved.
Depth stop
With the depth stop (3.1) you can drill several holes with the same drilling depth.
- Press the depth stop adjuster (3.2) on the attachable handle (3).
- Guide the depth stop (3.1) through the opening on the attachable handle (3).
- Press the depth stop adjuster to set the desired drilling depth.
- Pull the depth stop out far enough so that the distance between the point of the drill and the point of the
depth stop is the desired drilling depth.
Choosing a drill
- Drills are not included.
- Every work piece and material needs to be drilled with its designated drill.
- Please inform yourself before drilling, otherwise you might cause damages on the impact drill.
Changing the drill chuck
Push the spindle lock button (12), you can change the drill chuck easily. And release it after finished the
changing.

When operating a power tool outdoors, connect them with a residual current circuit-breaker.
Inserting a drill
During longer working periods, especially when impact drilling, the chuck can become very hot. In this case
we recommend wearing protective gloves if you want to change the drill.
