5. Press [MEM] to retrieve the recorded temperature or press Hold [MEM] for
2 seconds to enter set up mode.
6. Sleep mode – system enters into sleep mode 1 minute after last key is
pressed.

Setup mode:

Press hold [MEM] key for 2 seconds to enter into setup mode
1. Press [TALK] to shift between a setting of HOUR, MINUTE, YEAR, MONTH,
DAY and SLEEP enable/disable.
2. Press hold [MEM] for to increase the digit rapidly.
Unit return to clock mode automatically 30 seconds after last key pressed.

Memory mode:

1. Press [MEM] in clock mode to enter into memory mode.
2. "--" will be displayed if no data is stored.
3. Maximum storage is 30 sets of data with date and time shown.
4. Unit returns to clock mode automatically 5 seconds after last key pressed.
