Motor protective device: The screen will appear E4 if the food is overloaded
and the machine is working too long, which will cause the temperature of
the motor being too high. The machine will stop working automatically.

Please power off the plug and pull out the jar, then reduce the food portion
or add some liquid, wait for 30 minutes, and insert the jar into the base and
re-start. If E4 appear again, please contact customer service.
Protector device error information: If the screen appear E7, it means the jar
bottom is overheating, which will cause the machine will stop automatically.
Please pull out the plug and wait for 15 minutes, and Inspect if it is caused
by below problem: 1. There is no food or waterwhen the machine is heating,
which causes the machine in boil-dry situation. Please put some food or
water when heating. 2. Do not adjust the rotating speed when the machine
is heating the food which is heavy starchiness or heavy carbohydrate such

as potatoes, butter/cream, sugar or the soup with flour. This will cause the
food uneven heating and make the jar bottom overheating. Please adjust
the rotating speed upto speed 2 or above. 3. The machine is heating for
too long makes the water content of food or water boiled away. Please
check when the machine is heating, if this situation happens, please add
some water, especially the steam function, if just add 500ml water at the
beginning of working, should add 250ml water each 15 minutes.
