Pump Maintenance
Lubrication
1. Pump should be periodically oiled by
applying 10 to 12 drops of light oil down
the pump rod through the opening in the
pump cap. See Figure 10.
Disassembly & Reassembly
1. Remove the pump from the tank.
2. Remove the screws securing the pump cap
to the barrel. Pull the pump hande
assembly out of the barrel. See Figure 11.
3. Maintain o-ring as required.
4. Insert the pump handle assembly into the
barrel. Align the holes in the pump cap and
barrel. Reinstall the screws and tighten
securely. See Figure 12.
Nozzle Maintenance
1. If nozzle clogs, remove and disassemble
the nozzle assembly.
2. Clean the openings of any obstructions and
reassemble.
Shut-Off Maintenance
1. Unscrew the handle from the shut-off
assembly. See Figure 13.
2. Unscrew the extension from the shut-off
assembly.
3. Remove the filter and valve seat from the
shut-off assembly.
4. Clean any debris from inside the handle and
shut-off assembly, or on the valve seat or
filter.
5. Reassemble the components as shown and
tighten all connections securely.
