Welding Data Files for Welding Data Recording
A welding data file is created for each welding process. A welding process begins when the clamping arm is acti-
vated and ends when the clamping arm is released.
A weld seam consists of at least one welding process. It can also consist of several welds, if this is necessary during
the welding process.
The name of the welding data file consists of the device identifier, date, time, a serial number, and optional file
name affix.
The serial number starts with 001 at the start of each new day and can be a maximum of 999.
Welding without Data Recording
In order to weld without data recording, data recording must be switched off in the Setup menu.
• In the function display (33), rotate the "e-Drive"
• Press "e-Drive"
• Select "Welding Data Record." in the "Setup" menu by rotating the "e-Drive"

• If the force falls below the minimum alarm value,
